Amelia Hoelscher, M.D. is a board-certified Dermatologist who practices general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University and went on to medical school at The University of Texas at Houston. She graduated in the top of her class as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
After completing her internship at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, she went back to her birthplace, New Orleans, Louisiana to complete her dermatology residency. After completing her last year as a chief resident, she is excited to be back in Texas.
Dr. Hoelscher’s special interest include general/medical dermatology, acne, psoriasis, and skin cancer prevention and diagnosis.
In her spare time she enjoys working out, spending time with family and visiting national parks.
